| We now use a short Gateway Interview process to help decide how best to assist you in dealing with your enquiry. Following this assessment you may be seen by an Adviser immediately, you may be offered an appointment to return later, especially if you need to bring in any supporting papers. Alternatively, it may be possible to provide you with information in the form of leaflets or extracts taken from appropriate websites. We are also able to make referrals to specialist agencies where necessary. Be assured this process is designed to ensure that you get appropriate information and guidance in the most appropriate manner depending upon your needs and abilities. | ||
